  • These terms apply to all services provided by Way2Smart Services within Salem and surrounding areas (up to 50 km).
  • By accessing our website or availing any service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Scope

  • We provide installation, repair, maintenance, exchange, and sales of home appliances such as ACs, Washing Machines, and Refrigerators.
  • Same-day service is subject to technician availability and location.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for valid reasons (safety, accessibility, etc.).

3. Booking & Payments

  • All service requests must be made via our official contact channels (website, phone, WhatsApp).
  • Prices quoted during the initial consultation may vary depending on the actual condition or brand of the appliance.
  • Full payment must be made upon completion of service unless a prior agreement is in place.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
  • For rescheduling, please inform us in advance. Frequent cancellations may lead to denial of future services.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • We offer a limited service warranty on selected repairs (usually 30–90 days), depending on the nature of the work.
  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, external impact, voltage fluctuations, or third-party interference.
  • We are not liable for any data loss or damage caused by the appliance itself.

6. Exchange & Sales

  • Exchange offers are subject to product condition and brand acceptance criteria.
  • Once sold, products cannot be returned or refunded unless covered within the applicable warranty period.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate information and ensure access to the appliance.
  • Delays in service due to customer unavailability may result in rescheduling.

8. Privacy

  • Your personal information is used strictly to provide and improve our services.
  • We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.

9. Amendments

  • Way2Smart Services reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website.
